Cancel/Change Order

At Ogelvies, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you’ve had a second thought about a blazer, selected the wrong size in a dress, or need to update your shipping details, we aim to provide a clear and efficient process for order cancellations and modifications.

Because we prioritize fast processing and delivery, please review the following guidelines carefully.


1. Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within a limited timeframe after placement.

  • Cancellation Deadline: Before 5:00 PM (EST) on the same business day the order is placed
  • Processing Days: Monday through Friday

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will have their cancellation window extended until 5:00 PM (EST) on the next business day.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact our support team as soon as possible
  2. Provide your order number and request details
  3. Wait for confirmation from our team

3. Order Change Requests

We allow limited changes within the same timeframe as cancellations.

Changes You May Request:

Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted before the cut-off time
  • Changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun

4. After Processing or Shipment

If your order has already been processed or shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled or modified
  • You will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item

5. Incorrect Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate order details at checkout.

If incorrect information is submitted:

  • We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been processed

Ogelvies is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information if the order has already been shipped.


6. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place multiple orders:

  • Contact us immediately for cancellation of the duplicate order(s)
  • Include all relevant order numbers

We will assist you as long as the orders have not entered processing.


7. Out-of-Stock Situations

In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed.

If this occurs:

  • We may cancel the affected item or the entire order
  • You will be notified promptly
  • A full refund will be issued for any canceled items

8. Payment & Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is successful:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 12 business days

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed.

During peak seasons or promotional events:

  • Orders may be processed more quickly than usual
  • Cancellation and modification windows may be shorter in practice

  • Delay processing for verification purposes
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
